Direct Online Support Services for Clients
These are online services that staff can refer clients to directly. They typically provide: 1) Crisis support (e.g. helplines, text/chat services); 2) Counselling (via phone, online, or in-person); 3) Self-help tools (e.g. safety planning apps, mental health assessments); and/or 4) Peer support or culturally appropriate services.
